A small creek on the way to Middle Kootenay Pass.

The snow still hadn't fallen down south as of this weekend. So it was easy to chose this hike. One of the last easy larch summits I haven't done. Matt had the same thing on his list. Though the weather was not ideal (Rainy Ridge lived up to its name), it was still a good trip as it turned out better than it first looked. Though rain, sleet, snow, and miniature hail did fall on us at various points. And it was cloudy more often than it was not.
