Bourgeau Lake has always seemed like an underwhelming location for those poor hikers unlucky enough to start up this trail and not make it to Harvey Pass. Still the walls looked rather nice in the early morning

Finally scrambled a mountain. With the smoke and lack of days off there wasn't much of summer this year. Then on top of that I prioritized backpacking (my old love) and running (my new love) over peaks. I don't regret it, but it was nice to do a peak finally. Even if some of the terrain wasn't the greatest.
