When we first saw Mount Kilmarnock I was a bit scared we wouldn't make it, but Matt swore it wasn't our peak... it was. Good thing I hoped he was right and kept walking. Photo taken on return, when I knew for sure I was right.

This weekend did two peaks in the High Rockies Range accessed from the Elkford area. First was Kilmarnock, which sits along the divide unlike O’Rourke
which it is sometimes mistaken for. We found the ascent for this peak from Cornelius.
