Haystack Butte was not (obviously) our original intended peak. We set out trying to ascend Mount Grinnell, but the weather (never ending clouds, cold, wind) turned us around. The cloud would only lift from the tops of the peaks at 4pm. Not enough time to summit and drive home even had we known that.
