Vision Quest Ridge from our campsite the night before.

Drove out with both Becky and Heath for my annual DTC early season ascent weekend. I've never seen the camping so crowded before. Its either because so many campgrounds are closed due to the pandemic, or more people come out later in the year.

I've never done Vision Quest before because its too crowded and its not a summit. I know I'm counting it anyway, and that is because everyone else is... but that does not meet any summit criteria. There is like 1 meter drop between the summit hikers usually get to, and the rest of the ridge. My criteria is much more. I really only did this because Becky wanted to, and I am rapidly running out of other ideas.
