Second day of a three day weekend. First day was scrambling the Henkel to Crowfeet traverse.
For no apparent reason (the weather forecast and actual weather was clearly worse on the that side), I felt I had to go and drive to the west side of GTTSR because I hadn't been there since I was a kid.
I marched up Mount Brown Fire Lookout in the pouring rain (and wind up top). Did a loop around the fire lookout balcony and hurriedly started to run down the trail. So of course it got clear an hour later.
