After crossing the creek and walking down roads and cutblocks (see map at end), we got to the steep part. Which is also off trail and a bit bushwacky.

There isn't anything much to say about Dawson's Hill. Its a small treed hill northeast of Cox Hill that shouldn't have a name. But it does (and therefore it must be hiked?). It has been snowing and ice raining for over a week. So options were limited.
