The previous spring Matt, Sandra, and I attempted this peak but got turned around due to snow conditions on the ridge after the false summit.

Matt went back while I was gone to the USA over Christmas and found dry conditions. So when Leigh-Anne mentioned she and Bert were doing I asked if I could come along. Blake Burkbank and Feli also came along. It was great to get out with some new people!
