Log 'bridge' were we crossed Haffner creek, after walking a bit on the 'wrong' side (the climbers right side) because it looked better.

Since I started looking through the scrambles book I've wanted to ascend this remote peak. When I found someone else willing to go, I jumped on the chance. We took 3 days to do this bushwacking trek. It was three days of fantastic stable weather, even if that did mean that it was quite hot on the approach/deproach. It really is just as bad you can imagine, but the scramble itself was pretty fun, and the summit is always worth it.
