The lake when I got to it around 6:30pm. Took me a while to pick out a dry spot to put the tent on. Flat areas around the lake were soggy and the camping areas above the lake were snowy. I found a little area just in the trees (which thankfully blocked out the super bright full moon) near the lake to camp. It was cozy, but lacking in flatness.
