Hiking towards Eiffel Lake.

This was another not overly brilliant idea to fit mountains into my coworker hikes. I invited my Russian mother and she invited my boss. I planned on taking them to Eiffel Lake then leaving them behind to picnic while I "ran" up and down Wasatch Mountain. I thought it might take only about 2 hours from the lake if I was lucky. I told them to build a cairn just off the trail (which I knocked down on the way back) if they turned around before I got back. Well of course that didn't work out. It took 2h and 45min for me to do the peak, and of course they turned back. I didn't even catch them on the trail. The cairn thing worked out well though. Another trip where I met some people on the mountain and joined their group. Looks like I'm getting more social?
