Even with the snow forcasted I really wanted to go out. Pigeon Mountain was more or less out of the clouds and not being snowed on when we drove to the parking lot, so Keara and I headed up. It worked out for us since it only really snowed after we got back to treeline. Driving back was not easy though. Pigeon made a good shoulder season trip, but the approach was quite boring.
